UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1+ years of experience to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience and interface of our digital products. As a designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ideas into visually compelling and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research to understand user behavior, pain points, and needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with the project requirements and user needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to implement design solutions.
• Optimize existing interfaces for usability and aesthetics based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into your work.
• Ensure consistency across all platforms and devices by adhering to design guidelines and style guides.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Familiarity with design systems and maintaining visual consistency across projects.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating previous UI/UX design work (required).

Preferred:

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Familiarity with responsive and accessible design principles.
