Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and self-driven Full Stack Developer (0–1 year experience) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in frontend and backend development and be eager to learn and work on real-time projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications (frontend + backend).
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code.
- Build responsive UI using modern frontend frameworks.
- Develop REST APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Work with databases (design, queries, optimization).
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and debugging.
- Fix bugs and improve application performance.
- Support deployment and production issue handling.
- Continuously learn and implement new technologies.
Requirements:
Frontend:
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with React / Angular / Vue (at least one preferred)
- Understanding of responsive design principles
Backend:
- Basic knowledge of Node.js / Python / Java / PHP (any one)
- Understanding of REST APIs
- Familiarity with authentication concepts (JWT, sessions)
Database:
- Basic understanding of MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Ability to write queries
Other Skills:
- Understanding of Git and version control
- Basic knowledge of deployment concepts
- Problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow
Preferred:
- Internship experience in web development
- Experience working on live projects
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
