Job Description:

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with 1+ years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have a knack for data-driven decision-making, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email marketing.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase organic traffic.
  • Develop and manage social media content calendars, posts, and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and generate actionable insights.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage on-page/off-page SEO activities.
  • Create and optimize content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and performance tracking.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging marketing tools/technologies.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, including hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other analytics tools for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Experience in content marketing and blog writing.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing for landing pages and ads.
  • Experience in graphic design or using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
